Emerald Surfers covered all basic requirements and very handy to city.

Liked: Ease of booking on-line. Good sized rooms.
Disliked: Some furnishings looked a bit tired i.e- throw cushions and mat /table runner had stains on them and retained old smells. Needs to be updated.

The weather was great, but the room really needs to be updated and secure e.g saftey for young children, there were no locks at all on any of the balcony doors not good for little ones. The furninishing and appliances are very old and a paint job would not hurt the place at all.The carpet really needs to be replaced, very dirty. It was not what we expected when we walked in the door. We were very disappionted with the room. The pictures in the leaflet were great, but in real life not good at all.

3 balconies all have lovely canal outlook,superb at night.Complex meticulously clean, lovely Manageress, kitchen/laundry combo excellent. Master bedroom very small,ensuite spa luxe but no shower necessitates use of shower in 2nd bathroom.

Liked: Light well appointed appartment, great kitchen.
Disliked: Small master bedroom, no shower ensuite.
